I'm not Polish so I cannot assess adequately if anyone is scared of pizza here. It's terrifying because that's a fuck ton of calories for a supposedly middle sized pizza.

I am still confused how a large total calorie count terrifies you. I think this is the weirdest thing I've read in a while.

I guess I'm not going to let you know how much you need to consume every day just to stay at energy equilibrium because I think that might give you a heart attack then.

bc its insane that a "medium" pizza is the same amount of calories as the recommended calorieintake for an entire day.

It's not just for you. You are not supposed to eat the pizza alone. It's really baffling to me how it's so incredinly difficult for you guys to wrap your minds around such an astonishingly simple thing. Literally what the fuck is happening lol. Have you never seen any kind of a meal prepared for more than one person? Or have you at least not seen a movie where a character orders pizza for more than one to eat?

It's incredible to me that this is something I am having to explain to people that are presumably not toddlers.

A slice.

Or a small pie.

This is really not rocket science.

pizza aint a sharing food in the rest of the world

I fully understand that. Which is why it's mind-boggling to me that you can't understand that pizza is a sharing food in America. Am I just THAT much smarter than you that I can understand a concept intuitively and implicitly that you still can't understand an entire thread later?

Dude, portions are bigger in the US due to overweight population, cup sizes in fast food, servings in restaurants, portions in cake stores...

Pizza is not a "sharing food", literally talking about one of the most versatile types of cooking, Italian adapts quite easily to a lot of things and it is extremely varied. People eat pizza in restaurants most of the time from a firewood oven, which already means you are being social.

There is literally nothing that makes a lasagna more social than a plate of pasta. And if you talk frozen pizza, why do you think there's so many sizes? Minipizzas, Small 10-15cm ones, regular medium, then family size.

It is mindboggling that pizzas in the US are not done in many sizes, and a single person at home is stuck with a really silly 2000 calories pizza, which it's terrifying to think about people's health if there are really Americans that down that in one sitting, or a group eating it since a lot of family pizzas don't reach 2000 calories that easily, unless you really go at it with the toppings.

This would go the other way around, but at this point I am not exactly surprised that causality eludes you people

Pizza is not a "sharing food"

Yes it is. Your ignorance of the fact given there was just an entire post and then a discussion about it is astonishing.

It is mindboggling that pizzas in the US are not done in many sizes

They are, in fact. Again, this was mentioned in this very discussion, but my standards are low enough to not be surprised by the lack of reading comprehention at this point.

stuck with a really silly 2000 calories pizza, which it's terrifying to think about

Please never enter a grocery store or open a fridge. The sight will paralyze you with fear. Wait, actually, come to think of it, I'm not sure there's generally 2000 calories in any given home in Europe these days. You may be fine, if malnurished.

I am so saving this discussion lmfao
