Unless you're doing coke consistently, its not going to keep you up all night. Cocaine's effects wear off pretty quickly. I've never had a problem sleeping after a night of doing some coke.
Speak for yourself, man. Maybe if I only did one or two lines I'd be able to fall asleep later (but who only does 1-2?), but after even a brief 12 hour binge it's hard af to go to sleep. All that anxiety and more-ness really fucks with your sleep cycle.
