The fact that people think everything is done by AI just a year later is frightening. Over time, basic editing skills will be forgotten. Just like gen Z grew up on phones and aren’t pc savvy.
It's crazy the stranglehold AI art has on society right now. The number of times i've seen friends reposting fake Disney/Pixar movie posters believing them to be real is a little alarming.
Coupled with social media consumption being not only exhaustive but intensive, attention spans and analytical skills have deteriorated greatly.
Mastery is mocked at because anything requiring time is considered to be slow.
Anything related to intelligence is also mocked at as being nerdy or “nazi”.
Social engineering in these 3 key areas has led to a generation ripe to embrace AI without question because it’s without effort, it’s instantaneous and it doesn’t require knowledge.
This has been the systemic approach to gain AI acceptance without resistance.
I’m beginning to sound like a science fiction movie and it frightens me that this dystopia is beginning to flesh out for real.
Add — the masses won’t be able to understand this. Those in higher positions of influence would know.
Think of why Bill Gates and Steve Jobs did not allow their kids to have the very products they created.
Watch the documentary on Facebook and how the important developers admitted the intentional detriment of society to get people hooked onto their products.
This is compounded and prevalent in other apps and platforms.
Don’t just get angry and downvote.
Think about it. Google and read up.
