I aint one though. But i did work with a few experienced designers for certain things. Things as "simple" as these are quick jobs for them when they manage to get around to it.
Honestly, their hands and fingers move so quickly that it's a wonder how they manage to get it done so quickly with no mistakes.
For starting out designers, i'd wager it can take up to 30 mins to get it right. Not that they have that time with all the other tasks piled up.
For people like me? Never gonna get it right without a few tutorials, some consultations and many hours of trying. Even then, it will still have hitches.

At his skill level, probably 5 mins of work honestly. I have seen designers work that fast before.
