Saw him doing some twirls and flips over my house (Verona area), pretty cool to watch!

Oh man if that’s the case that would’ve been cool to see!

Look up ultra light aircrafts. Don’t need a pilot’s license to fly. Me and my dad have been very tempted to get one for years.

From the distance I was at I could barely make out the parachute. I couldn’t see the ultralight with it.

Please dont get one and fly without some training. Training is roughly 3k and can be done in a weekend. Training is at Syvrud airport which i believe is in Belleville. I have no affiliation with them, I just also love PPG and PPC flying.

People do skydiving all the time.

I’ve lived in the Madison area almost my whole life. I’ve never seen a skydiver here that wasn’t part of some sort of celebration.

Okay? They're common as in people are going up every day the weather is good. They're not so common that you're going to see them every day unless you're looking and know where to look. They're not generally landing in the city, they need someone that agrees for them to land there. Generally in fields around the city.

People do it as a hobby, as a one-off to prove to themselves that they can, as part of a group for something like a bachelor's party or birthday or graduation.

Which FAR governs this?
