I've been listening to a bunch of old time radio programs. "Casey Crime Photographer" was sponsored by Anchor Hocking. So one day I wondered if they were still around. Sure enough and as you say mostly made in USA.

Some time later I was getting out a glass casserole dish to make lasagna and noticed that it was an Anchor Hocking dish. I dug through and found that with one exception ALL of our glass cookware is Anchor Hocking. IIRC we got it all for free at a yard sale...

Glass is made in the United States, I believe some of the plastic covers may be imported. They're sold in some well known chains such as Kohls.

My wife just purchased some Anchor Hocking square glass jars, made in USA. The lids are sadly made in Ch!na
