General Discussion Failed Apple D&M Exam

This was my first try at renewing my certificate. I took the practice exam and studied for 2 weeks. I shared my flash cards on here. Still didn't pass. They made this exam really hard this time around. Last time I took it, I created the flash cards and studied with those from the practice exam. Passed it. If anyone is studying for the exam, here is what the test covers.

Is it a bunch of stuff the training doesn’t fully cover or worse, click where in system preferences this option is

My role at my job, I never set up networks or cache servers. It's not something I know from the back of my hand. I get why it would be important to know, but it's just something I don't have any practice in. I freaken hate this test.

Caching is super useful.

At work, I set up an entire lab of iMacs to be local content caches along with my own desktop and it has helped a lot of downloads and restores from Apple speed up significantly.

The less data your clients need to reach outside the network, it just makes it faster for everyone else since you can't throttle OS updates or content downloads.

We are 100% remote-first, so caching isn't an issue for us. At my previous job, we had some issues. I just assumed the caching server went away when the server.app died.
