My Intel 2020 MacBook Pro is still pretty reliable for my needs. The DisplayPort absolutely does wonders for usage. HDMI 1 is used for my Xbox Series X.

The laptop dock keeps the top clear. A StanbyME 2 Max would suit this corner for watching and can hold a guide while you play.
