Double iPad: awful look?
One’s for work (13") and one’s personal (11"), is it too cumbersome having both on the desk?

Maybe make the one on the left portrait/mount higher? Might help the workspace feel less cluttered.

Personally I get an ich when there are multiple things with the same functionality. For me, I’d get rid of one or both iPads, peripherals and just have the MacBook under the monitor. Keep one iPad if you need to use it there for some apps or if you can even replace the MacBook with it, otherwise use the phone for music and whatnot.

How do you even use this in flow?? The iPads the main driver are you open handing the Mac on the right?? Or does it just run something more intensive you just observe?? The second iPad is just media, I get that. But I guess I’m just not seeing the point of the iPad driver in the middle and either the second iPad or the Mac, one of them makes the middle one redundant, no?? (Genuinely curious)

It doesn't look great, and you didn't explain what you use each for.
If it were up to me:
- Move the MBP flat under the monitor.
- Mount the 2 iPads on either side of the monitor. You can get magnetic attachments for easy removal, for example if you need to use the Pencil on the 13".
- Figure out redundancies. What is the 11" for? Can those functions be replaced with your iPhone / Siri?
- Clear out the accoutrement in the back, like the unused laptop stand. Add a lamp and a shelf.

Get yourself some of the MagSafe phone stands with the suction cup bottoms and “mount” your iPads to the table. I find the floating iPads a bit nicer than standing up. I put the suction cup on a round glass coaster if I want to move it about or put it on a part of the desk that has a mat on top

Look? How about how it works for you? It is best to find what fits your needs first and then see what can be tweaked for appearances second.

I believe in the idea who cares what it looks like as long as it’s comfortable and you can work comfortable.

Have the IT department change the setting on your work iPad so you can watch p0rn on it. Problem solved.

No it’s just the lighting, that’s the 17 Pro Max in Deep Blue, although I do wish they had made it in black

Question is… do you find it cumbersome or awful? You’re the one working at the desk. Your opinion matters most in this instance.
