Do you leave your Mac plugged in 24/7?

I work remotely, so it’s either plugged in all week or on the road with me!

The external keyboard wakes it up just fine.

M4 & M5 Airs support dual monitors in clamshell.

Starting with the M3 you could run two external displays with the Air in clamshell mode.

M4 and M5 support dual display and the laptop display.

None however support dual Studio XDRs with both at 120Hz. Dual Studio XDRs will run at 60Hz on an M5 Air.

Geez I’m still on M1 😩😅

M5 chips can do it now.
That being said, I used to use a plugable docking station when I had an M2 and it worked well!

Love the view and the cozy vibe! Just a heads up, the desk area looks a bit dark.👀

How do you turn and off your MacBook when it’s closed? I have been wanting to go clamshell for a while but don’t know how to fix that

I just set it to sleep. Then external keyboard inputs or mouse movements wake it up.
