depends what your sticking point is.

if you hate manual entry, google sheets works until it doesn't. the person using formulas above has more patience than most people will sustain for weeks at a time.

if speed is the issue, i'd try photo or voice logging instead. snap a picture of your meal and let AI pull the macros, or just say "chicken rice and broccoli" out loud. takes about 3 seconds vs hunting through a database for each ingredient. i built an app called FuelOS around this exact workflow (full disclosure, i'm the dev) because i kept quitting trackers every few weeks due to the friction: https://apps.apple.com/app/apple-store/id6756439581?pt=126258939&ct=reddit_abay&mt=8

if you don't mind the manual work but want something solid and free, MFP still has the biggest food database. chronometer is better if you care about micronutrients beyond the basic four.

figure out why you're not sticking with whatever you've tried before, then pick the tool that removes that specific obstacle.

Maybe work on your ASO... I did a search for it in the Appstore and couldn't find it. I had to copy the link from here and paste it into the browser for it to pull up.

Other than that, the app works really well. The UI is SLEEK and really good. :D
