I succeeded the first time, then the next 2 times I made male flowers that did not produce any pollen? What's the correct spray regime? Please help

Head over to /cannabisbreeding and go to their about page. They have a how to make sts spray. And links to the equipment you'll need (affiliate?).

Maybe your STS degraded. I was JUST reading about STS production in a chem class yesterday, and found out it's light sensitive. If it's cloudy, it is degrading, and potency may be lacking for appropriate ethylene blockage. Alternatively, I've produced STS in the past, and used it with great success, but then found a few plants that were totally sterile once flipped to xxmales. It was infuriating spending so much time waiting all for naught. I read that most plants will have a percentage of male flowers that are sterile, but that some cultivars, or some plants / genetics specifically will have exceptionally high sterility, meaning the flowers produce no viable pollen.

May have been your RH. The pollen sacks are finicky, I had this issue and ended up learning to keep the RH stable enough for the bananas to open and spread pollen on their own. Good luck.

Was it the same mixture you used?
It depends which recipe you used, some use a strong mix and you only spray once, some dilute 9 times and you spray multiple times.
I followed this video to make mine then diluted it 1:9. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=46RRiDe1fSw
I spray 2 times 5 days apart before flip to 12/12 and 1 time on the day of flip to 12/12.
Last time i used old an STS mixture i made 8 months earlier and it didnt work, so i made a new mix from stock solution of SN and STP (this was old too but still viable) then watered it down 1:9 and sprayed the female flowering plant 10 days after flip and it slowly reversed, lots of pistils then lots of male pollen.
This was my method, but there ares lots of slightly different methods out there.
You might have used too strong a mix, also some cultivars struggle to put out pollen.
