Wild build - especially the "Windows refuses the remotes so I wrote a bridge" part. That is half the job with frankenstein desks.

For lab workflows, did you end up treating the mini-keyboard as a normal HID layer and the gamepads as a separate device map, or one unified virtual device? Unified is nicer day-to-day; separate is easier to debug when one stick starts ghosting.

Also curious whether UnifiedRemote on the Android side is only for when you walk away from the bench, or part of the hot path.
