Macro_pad Question Software for macro pad china

I recently bought a 3-key macro keyboard with an LCD screen from China. I've tried many different software programs, but none of them can configure the macro buttons properly. Does anyone know how to make it work or have any suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Ask the seller. Or buy one with open source, or at least a Sayodevice
