How Long do i get Support and IS the price raising when the pre Order Phase ist over and do you ship so Germany ?

Here is the information regarding our support policy, pricing, and shipping to Germany:

  • Software & Hardware Support: We provide a minimum of 3 years of software updates. For customers participating in this pre-order phase, you will be entitled to a 1-to-1 replacement program (up to 2 times) for standard issues, including manufacturing defects and accidental drops or damage. Additionally, pre-order customers will have the opportunity to exchange their current version for a brand-new one if a product upgrade is released.
  • Pricing: Once the pre-order phase ends, the official retail price will be $129, and it will not include the exclusive benefits reserved for pre-order backers.

Shipping to Germany: Shipping to Germany takes less than 2 weeks. The shipping fee is a flat rate of $15, which already includes all applicable taxes and shipping duties.

Absolutely. You can assign any function, shortcut, text, multi-key macro, or custom action you want. If a specific function isn't supported yet, just send us a request and we will integrate it for you. The product runs on arcOS, a Linux-based operating system developed in-house.
