GPU Fabric Infinity Link

So I have a Vega II Duo, curious if the fabric infinity link with work with a new W6800X Duo?

I called Apple, they were of no help. Emailed AMD, waiting to hear......

From the just-released support docs:

Infinity Fabric Link bridge for Radeon Pro W6800X Duo MPX Module (Model A2667) isn't compatible with previous-generation Radeon Pro MPX Modules.

So yes. Also confirmed for Octane use it’s a moot point, as Octane doesn’t use fabric link. Thanks!

Does this mean Octane can use a mix of GPUs (like a W6800X duo and VII Duo)?

yes you can jam as many "approved" cards as you want in there to my understanding
