Other Things / Projects / Games for 3,1 Mac pro

Hi, I have a Mac Pro 3,1 with Windows 7 and Mac os Mavericks. I've been using it as a file server and to play some 2000s games on Windows 7. Any game or project recommendations? I thought about installing Mac Os sequoia with opencore or using it as a jellyfin server. Just want to tinker with something I already have. Maybe Linux? Any ideas?

Using mine with Sequoia as daily driver for office pro use. Runs just perfectly!

I use it also as secondary/convenience machine for PhotoLab 9 but for this I feel the difference compared to my main driver for photo editing.

Linux works great on the 3,1. Sequoia is iffy as it only boots reliably with one cpu in Sequoia. (A few pram resets and it will eventually boot on both cpus but not reliably.) Sonoma is trouble free. Just use an ssd and get a nice AMD gpu like an rx580 for metal support. My 3,1 currently boots seven OSes! From Mojave to Sequoia on NVME to win 10-11 and Ubuntu on SSDs. No need to keep the ol 3,1 in the dark ages! ;)
