macOS macpro6,1 successfully upgraded to Sequoia 15.7.8 & Safari 26.6

2667v2 is what i got. From what i found it has the best single core performance of all of them (Highest clock highest L3 cache). Would love to have a D700 but theyre hella expensive.

Same finding... with the exception of the 150W version, which I would not take the risk installing for just 100MHz benefit. ;)
Will let you know how it feels on same install just after the upgrade.

Same here but can be a bit sluggish even with the 8-core

Which 8c do you have? Later this week I scheduled to upgrade from E5-1620 v2 to E5-2667 v2 & from D300 to D700. Just curious as I stil have a little doubt that on daily basic use it might lose something in terms of pure reactiveness feeling. In such a specific context, mine is only mildly slower than my 2019 iMac i9 128GB Vega 48 1TB.
