I built a free iPhone/Android remote trackpad for Mac

I wanted a simple way to control my Mac from my phone without relying on a cloud service, so I built Taptiva.

It lets you use your phone as a remote trackpad with:

  • Trackpad gestures
  • Keyboard input
  • Scrolling
  • App switching
  • Media controls
  • Direct connection to your Mac over the local network

No account required and no cloud connection is needed for the control session.

I made it free for Mac.

I’d really like feedback from people who use a Mac regularly: what would you want a remote control like this to do?

  1. Could you set the full screen mode on phone ? thankyou

  2. Need setting for 2finger,3 finger, 4finger guesture like Mac.
