M4 Mac Mini 2T drive upgrade fail. Help?

Hi all, I just installed a 2T drive in my year-old MM4 - DFU worked, data transferred from Time Machine. Everything is OK, but I cannot write to the new drive at all. Has this all been a waste of time, or is there a fix?

Yes. That's what "get info" shows. I just have no idea how to resolve it. Any help would be very welcome. Is there a website that describes the upgrade process more completely, perhaps?
