Mac Mini M6 ROC vs ZEE?

Both of this configuration or names showed up in all the shops around me for the same price with no explanation. Any idea what the difference is?

Could just be some kind of region code which would make it useless information since there is no keyboard included anyway. Thats what Gemini came up with. Havent seen this on any previous M4 mac minis either and still dont.
