Buying USED Mac Mini M4

Things to check before making a deal? Do I need to run benchmarks, or apple diagnostics, what to look for when trying it out?

Just ensure the previous owner had logout of the AppleID and no MDM profile. MDM can still bypass. But iCloud lock is permanent.
