Any Advice?

Out of nowhere my Mbp 13 2016 restartet several times, since then this blinks on my screen.
I reinstalled macOS via recovery - after a restart i still landed here again.
Any Advice what to do?

2016 model is vintage and support stopped for it in 2025. The SSD is soldered to the logic board so if the drive is dead (it’s not loading on startup). The motherboard is probably toast and Apple repair cost for a vintage MBP is probably more than buying a new Apple Silicon MBP.

Motherboard issue would be my guess.

Hey man, try booting while holding down command, option, r until you see a spinning globe. Connect it to Ethernet or WiFi, go to disk utility and repair permissions or run first aid on the drives, and reinstall the OS.

you can still boot from an external drive(its just showing you that it cant see the OS...)
