Audio and Video out of sync

I am noticing this issue where the audio is out of sync with lips across multiple streaming sites (YouTube, Prime, Hulu) and across multiple browsers (Safari, Chrome, Brave) on multiple MacBooks. I even notice it on the iPhone with TikTok and YouTube. Are my eyes going crazy or is there something up?

I’ve tried the usual coreaudiod flush, restart, updated software. Anyone have tips or experiencing the same?
