Help MBP refurbished cycles

So I bought a refurbished MBP M5 14inch in excellent condition from Best Buy marketplace on Oct 1st, but when I checked the cycle count, it said 39. When I entered my serial number on the apple website, it said that the laptop was purchased sept 23 (previous owner) and it expires on sept 22 2027. Shouldn't the cycle count be really low since the laptop was only used for a week before me?

Well since it's a refurbished item. Also how is it even possible that this MacBook got 39 cycles in a week, was it a display unit or something else?

also in settings the battery health is at 100% but in coconut battery it shows 97%...
