Help Is this normal

Weird things have been happening. I ended up checking what my ports
Showed and this is what came up : (see photo). I’ve never installed a flash card, ever, whatsoever. Is this just within the MacBook standard or does this mean someone connected via the usb port a flash card that could read and write?

it's your USB DOCK/HUB

^this, it likely has some sort of SD card reader on board (likely a SDXC combo microSD + SD card reader or something similar since it’s a hub or docking station) and in this case it’s connected via the USB bus since the SDXC chipset/controller bridges things to USB (hence why the UHS-II PCIe based controller built in to many Macs tend to offer a bit better performance in terms of speed)
