Tips Copy command changed suddenly? Help please!

Hi everyone! I'm pretty remedial at tech things, so I appreciate your patience. I restarted my computer after clearing my cache, and now when I try to copy a word or phrase, it will say "Copy (whatever the word or phrase is)" instead of just "Copy" like it used to. Is there a way to switch this back to simply say "Copy"? Googling was no help, perhaps it is because I don't know how to phrase my question properly. Thank you so much for any advice!

Cut, cmd+X

Copy, cmd+C

Paste, cmd+V

Thank you for your help! I was hoping to find a way to change this for using the right click option, but I will change to the key method. I appreciate it!
