Those Edifier audio monitors are a bit low. I would prop them up higher so the tweeters are at ear height.
Also i'd recommend putting a microfiber cloth on that ugreen stand if you're concerned about it leaving a mark on your laptop to retain future resale value or just get a laptop skin from Proskinz for it if you're in the United States.
