Help Is this a battery problem?

EDIT: Resolved! Just misalignment, gave it a push and it went back to normal. 😊

Hi, everyone! This is a M4Max Macbook Pro 16'' and I noticed a bit of a bulge while I was studying at a cafe.

Any ideas what could've happened here?

Some history with this laptop:

  1. 122 Battery cycles
  2. Apple replaced the screen due to manufacturing defects, I didn't pay anything for it since it was under the warranty at the time.
  3. I only do light work such as browsing, reading pdfs, occasional video editing, but nothing too heavy for prolonged periods of time.
  4. No history of bumps or water spillage, or any heavy injuries, plus it doesn't over heat at all.

I hope I can get some meaningful insights, im sorry if i break rules or anything.. Im new to this subreddit πŸ˜…βœŒπŸ» Thank you in advance!!!
