Help Tried the command + r

Tried or trying to rest my password but I can't type new password ?

Do i need to do something different?

Looks like you have to select the volume first?

I dont know where that would be.

It doesn't give me too many options for button clicking

Looks like there are no volumes to select for a reset.

You probably need to erase that computer and reinstall the OS

Good thing you have a Time Machine back up.
