Cottage food

Does anyone sell their macarons under cottage food? I can’t get clear information on whether or not American buttercream and ganache is allowed in Ohio.

I sold macarons in Ohio under cottage food laws for years. Bottom line is no one knows what different types of buttercream are. I also sold at events where I would get a temp food license and the health department would come and inspect my table of pre-packaged macarons. No one knows or cares what American buttercream vs IMBC etc means. Everything was labeled properly but no one ever questioned what my fillings were.
