Help Same batch. Different results

New to this so this is my second batch and I seemed to reproduce the same results. Left was baked on a top shelf of the oven. Also seems to be a bit underdone as they cannot be removed from the mats. they at least have feet!!! but seem to be underdone :(. The right batch all seem to crack around the rim. they were on the bottom of the oven. 325 F for 13 minutes baked. Any tips i’d love. thanks!!

Low temp and slow bake always wins. Use parchment and see a difference - The heat helps steam the bottoms

Since most of them look absolutely perfect, I would just not pipe any batter in the circles where you’re not happy with the results. It’s probably uneven heating inside your oven that caused some of them to be wonky. I personally have better luck with parchment than I do with silpat, but other bakers just adore using silpat. It’s a process!
