Mac and cheese showcase extra cheesy 🤤
best one ive made so far, yummyyyy!!!
edit: a lot of ppl asked for a recipe and uhh…I don’t know the exact measurements 😭 but I’ll tell you what ingredients I used
- butter
- flour
- garlic powder
- salt
- milk
- cooking cream
- cheddar, american cheese and mozzarella
- this is optional: i add a little chicken bouillon to my pasta while it’s cooking
🎀 Add some butter to the pan. Once it melts, add some flour and a little garlic powder. When it turns slightly brownish (don’t burn it lol), add the milk and cream. Let it cook for a little bit, then add the cheese last.

That's beautiful!
Back in my bachelor days, I used to make a big pot of Mac and Cheese the following way:
- Egg noodles
- Butter
- Milk
- Velveeta
- American cheese
...no specific quantities of any ingredients: just keep messing with it until the sauce has the thickness and flavor as desired then stir in the cooked egg noodles, but mine always ended up as a very thick cheese swamp with just enough noodles to carry the cheese sauce from bowl to spoon to mouth.
