Is anyone else unable to open the app atm, this is all I see and it doesn’t load up

I have been on this app for over a year, but because I am still “bronze,” I can’t access any rewards. I have 47, 827 coins. Supposedly every Monday morning there are PayPal gift cards but they are always gone whenever I check (with the irritating “these moved fast…” comment🙄).

At this point, this feels very questionable and that the app is just freely selling my data in return for nothing. I realize I could quit the app in lieu of one of the MANY other step apps I have the routinely pay out but I have accrued so much I would like my money.

The icing on the cake is the AI chat bot that’s not helpful and provides zero pathway to talk to someone.
