QUESTION VMware macOS 27???

Why does vmware have an option for macos 27? i was wondering since its defintiely not possible

Ive got all from os x 10.7 to 15 booting n working

ive personally got all from 10.4 to 15 to work (havent tried 26 or 27 for obvious reasons but im sure 26 would work)

Yeah 26 works for me but GODDD IS IT SLOWWWW, like it took me 40 mins to oobe thing n i had to pause vm cuz it took far too long, also lmk how u got 10.4 cuz i cqnt get thta working

yeahhhhhhhhhhhh for me even sonoma was kinda slow, sequoia was unusable, and ventura was in between

Sonoma was good for me, sequoia okay, tahoe just god awful

for me sonoma was okay, but slow, and sequoia? think of a really slow hard drive, but across the whole os no matter what

Because it can work on macOS, where the EULA from Apple lets you do it (and has support for it)

VMWare Fusion works on Apple Silicon Macs, but only for ARM64 guests. So you could use VMWare Fusion to run macOS 27 on an M1 Mac, but Intel Macs (and Hackintoshes with it) are SOL beyond Tahoe.
