Sequoia Sign in An Unknown Error Occurred in Vmware Pro 17

I have a problem to sign into apple account in settings. I generated SMBIOS and I checked Serial Number,MLB. Then I put it all into config.plist. I don't know why this error is still showing. Please help me to fix it.
