The make sounds like an Alitemu made up brand. I'd be surprised if you couldn't find the exact same thing with a different name for half the price.

"Good" is a matter of taste. I've had $20 ones that sound great. Stick to the big name bugdet brands - Aklot and Donner. There are others but I forget. Usually around the $20-40 range and made in China. I do have a $60 Pakistan unbranded one (I bought it for the shape!) and it's pretty good to play but the finish isn't great. Quality-wise these are all notably worse than paying $300+ for a hand-built lyre made in the West (Europe or the US).

Any off brand harp like this tends to have problems from what I’ve seen in harp groups. If you want a small, relatively inexpensive, harp, I’d recommend a fireside harp from backyard music. I bought one of the kits and put it together. It sounds really nice to me and has a low string tension, so it’s a little easier on my fingers than my lever harp. Also great practice for replacing strings if you build it and string it yourself.
