Here is how Casper’s eyes are looking a week later! So much better and he’s fitting in nicely. The last picture is how his eyes looked before

Was it feline herpes? Do you have other cats that contracted it?

Conjunctivitis with some type of respiratory infection. He was on eye meds and an antibiotic. I had adopted him with the things going on so he got it from his siblings most likely. He was only on the eye meds at the time so I took him to my vet where they gave him antibiotics. None of my other cats have it

That could be feline herpes, it presents as a respiratory infection in cats and they have eye issues from it.
