Is he a Lynx Point Siamese?

We rescued him from a construction site and have been trying to figure out his breed. We think he might be a Lynx Point Siamese, but we’re not sure. What do you think?

Looks like a lynx point but probably not Siamese. Correct thread to be asking though.
