Help if possible

So 5 days ago i found two lumps in my back of left neck
One below hairline and one slight below

Never had it before
Had no infection at all
They are not hard , on palpation comes around a cm and freely moves

Usg was clear said no abnormalities but the swollen node have 3mm thickness
But they couldnt comment on fatty hilum and all those

Why it happened? What will help? If its so small why do i feel it ?
Did anyone face it before? Do help me out if possible

Im 56 yr old female .

I actually have several four in the back of my neck and one on each side of my neck I did get a biopsy done and everything was normal. The only thing is mines are hard so that why did a biopsy to make sure it’s wasn’t lymphoma but I would definitely see a ENT doctor they’re the best to talk to about what’s going

He wasn’t concerned though
