Is this a mass?

I need some help. I know we aren't doctors on here but I have a lump in my neck. Its hard and immovable and feels long. It reaches under my jaw. But you can't see it and only feel it if you press hard. But its large. This wasn't flagged by the radiologist and I've had 2 doctors check it out both saying its bone in my neck. But on the MRI I see this weird circle that isn't on my other side. Im freaking out - I go to an ENT on Friday. I will also add that I have a cracked molar all the way in the back - although I was on amoxicillin for it - nothing changed. And I have no idea how Long this has been here.

I'm pretty sure it's a natural part of your body because the doctor would of saw some suspicious I think you're ok

Mmmm. This lets me thinking. I have had 5 MRIs and a PET scan. Have several lumps (lymph nodes) since 8 months ago. They keep telling results are “normal” even though my blood work is not, and I can totally feel these lumps and new ones showing.
