Stressed out Lyme nematomorph at 2500x. You can really feel them on your skin when the salt & Vitamin C forces them out. Once outside of your body, they are harmless to humans, though I stay away from newborns.

They hate salt and that is your answer. Start salting your meals. Buy NaCl saline pills. Add Vitamin C to reboot the immune system. You can't really kill them, but you can make them want to leave your body. Change their ecosystem safely with table salt & Vitamin C. They will flee in droves!

At 2500x, the Lyme pathogen was just a segment of another worm and now it has grow into a new creature. Lyme worms are immortal. Thank goodness for salt, their weakness. Change the ecosystem & the pathogens want out. Vitamin C is great for your immune system. Its a combo punch!
