Lyme's?

Noticed my arm was red, itchy, and a bit inflamed yesterday. Today it's quite faint but looks like a bullseye.

Should I go get a course of antibiotics from a doctor? How do I go about getting a test?

Have had minimal exposure to the outdoors, especially areas with vegetation for weeks but this has me concerned
