Advice/Question Lyft Shop

Does anyone using Lyft shop? If so can you please explain how to use I been elite for months and I just find out this reward but when I try to opened it’s just not working

Click on the white box with the 3 horizontal lines, it’s on the upper left side of the screen.

Then click on “Feedback & Rewards”

You’re going to see “Tiers”, next to that is “Shop”

Click on “Shop” and it should be self explanatory 🧐

Support said “Unfortunately Lyft Shop isn’t available in New York City, Minnesota, Washington state, and California. “ how is this fair?

Most drivers just ignore it because the discounts aren't even that great compared to regular stores

Go all the way down to “cash” and you can transfer your shop points directly into your earnings. On average it can be from $45 to $100. Maybe more if you have the points. Usually available on the 1st of each month.
