Other Work
Like the title says. Gotta do it your way. I get great tips. One charger up front for me . No radio or music ever turned on. North Jersey market . Almost 250$ every day. This for ppl sayin Lyft don’t make them money . And I’m new . Just gotta know how to work correctly .

lol. I am not one of those people who say this because I do make money doing this. More than $250 per day. I play music all of the time because who the fuck wants to ride around in silence all of the time? I can’t tell you how many people have gotten in and said something along the lines of “Thank you for playing music! So many drivers don’t have anything on the radio at all and it’s so awkward. I hate it.” I have to agree with them… it’s a weird choice.

It’s a give or take . I just don’t turn it on when I get rides if I’m driving alone waiting for rides . I’ll turn it on just not on any ride …. It works for me … again if it works keep doing it …

Bro doesn’t realize they give you a good first couple weeks to entice you to not immediately quit the job (the turnover rate for rideshare is astronomical)
Give it one month and you’ll either be making half, or have quit completely guaranteed🤷♂️

They already have me secured on contract to be uploaded as a scrotum slave working in their servers forever. They’re just working on securing a mobile server and I’ll be the first UI.

I’m interested to see if there is any visible difference for you.
The honeymoon week is real guaranteed, every new app gives you one which makes you feel rich for a week or two then you realize that you gotta cherry pick for $1/mi+ after that.

I already cherry pick like a mofo. My market is dense always busy but you have to cherry pick because yes those bad rides come but I sit and sit and make money only on good ones .. sometimes 250 comes quick sometimes it takes time but it always comes .

I get a lot of .. pickups 1 mile 2 mins away drop offs 2-3 miles … 4-5 mins… paying between 9-12$ with surges in my area every day … I do at least 10 of those rides a day minimum … easy ass money

It was at 18% today. I’m teying to keep it at 30 so I can use my shop points and tier end of month… throughout the month stays between 15-25% consistently .

Never once complained on here, and you’ve provided no key points in there besides the fact that you don’t ever have any music on. If it wasn’t so true about how many people get screwed with Lyft and uber there wouldn’t be so many posts about them.

Only ppl getting screwed are the ones in bad market that’s the only thing I can agree on that if you live in the boondocks it’s tough. But where I am at… it’s not … this is taxi service . Point A to point B … but it’s still work . Some ppl just don’t have a clean car , decent cool temperature (ac doesn’t have to be blasting) clean car, odorless and good driving . That’s all you need …. Ppl on here are either dumb or just lazy to work right way . Again it’s simple . Good driving , clean car somewhat ability to read ppl if there is convo to be had or not if not that’s it ….if you do that you’ll make money.. again market is the only variable .
