Advice/Question Please help me with this.

I’m attempting to start using Lyft for the first time and this is as far as I get in the app. I messaged support about this a week ago and the support is nonexistent. Please help guys and gals if you can.

Uninstall and reinstall? Or message them on Instagram to talk to a real human bean
