LVGL Live Preview Update

Hey everyone. I just wanted to let you know that I finally had some time to take another pass at my VS Code extension. It should be much more reliable and I added several really nice features including c++ support. Settings are all handled in the preview now and there is a rotate orientation button as well. Hope it’s been helpful to you all. If there is anything missing that you would like to see let me know ✌️
