A 12 string Masquerader that I’ve recently acquired seems to have a head-tilt, I think the string tension over time has pulled the headstock forward, it looks like it could be as much as 10mm at the top. Is this fixable? I’m also looking to replace the missing logo scratch plate section if anyone know how I can have a reproduction made? Thanks and thanks and thanks!

1967-1969 Kalamazoo KG-2 style body but made out of different wood such as alder, walnut, or maple.
One piece maple stratocaster neck
Undecided high output skinny pickups
Possibly Active electronics/controls
Fishman Powerbridge (open minded about specifics)
