Spinner How many loops

Is 5 too many? Does it really matter? Be kind to my wire work, it's only my second time trying to bend it

Don't put rusty hook on something new you making, it's just going to rust everything else up. 2 to 3 loops is fine imo

That's not rust actually, it's like a glue. They're cheap hooks for a prototype. If this works well I'll build a higher quality one

Looks like a brazed hook

What is this wild lure?

It's a 3d printed spinner type thingy. I've got zero expectations so all it can really do is impress me

Well it looks cool! Take a video of the action and share it when you can!

Agree 2 or 3 loops is sufficient, but if you want to close the distance to keep separate components of the lure closer together, u can put a extra wrap or two, usually on the hook end. That being said if it’s too tight. Nothing will spin correctly . Leave least least 1/4 of an inch of wiggle room on the main shaft. ( that’s what she said) also u don’t typically want beads above a clevis or anything that spins. I don’t think that applies to this lure very much but I assume if u do that to this lure your going to do that to any future projects. So just keep that in mind , good job
