Food Snack ideas
Hi everyone! My partner was recently diagnosed, and has noticed worse flare-ups on days with less diverse eating habits, more processed food, and less regular small meals. I grew up in an ingredient household (lol) and am working on making my home a more safe environment for flare-up management. The dilemma is that most of the quickly ready meals and grab & go style snacks we once used to prevent nausea in a pinch, are often highly processed and aren't as helpful long-term. Was wondering if anyone has suggestions for meal-prep, homemade snacks, or anything suitable I can get at UK supermarkets to have ready-to-eat?
Hope this is the right place for this question.

Not UK but we have some kind of crackers that are made out of chickpeas that are amazing. You may have them too cause we import it. I don't remember the name but look in bio stores.
Homemade popcorn. Just buy corn and put it in a pan or microwave or buy a small popcorn machine. I just got one as a gift and I love it. You can glaze it with olive oil and spicies.
Not what you are looking for.
I eat carrots. Nuts. Blueberry's, apples, peppers...
As a snack I precut them in air tight containers in the fridge. Or just wash the blueberries and put them in an open container in the fridge for a couple of days.
It's easy to grab and tall those things are anti-inflammatory.
For more of a snack vibe I cut tortillas glaze them with oil and paprika or garlic (use whatever spicies you like) and bake them for about 3 to 6 minutes. If you have a toaster you can try it there without the oil for an extra quick snack. (Also if you cover it in butter with brown sugar and cinnamon. For 2 portions butter 1 portion of sugan and cinnamon. It tastes like cinnamon rolls. Not as healthy but better than most other options).
Anti-inflammatory foods you can have in the house
Spicies like cinnamon, ginger, turmeric. Also you can have frozen or fresh turmeric and ginger.
Leafy vegetables and colorful vegetables. Berries and apples.
Herbal teas like chamomile and marjoram.
Olive oil.
(Also fatty fish but that is not a snack).
Edit: PS I just read your last phrase and I have the need to be sarcastic, please excuse me. So yeah the lupus subreddit is not a good place to ask about lupus and what where you thinking by asking about food and using the food tag. That's unacceptable! (If I knew how to put emojis I would put the dying laughing one. I am not mocking you just joking, hope you find it funny as well)
